What a service department you have at your dealership! All I can say is WOW! Yesterday I experienced for myself what my wife has told me about her ongoing experience with your service department. Since I travel a lot with my job, my wife, Kristy usually has to take care of getting the vehicles serviced and I can honestly say I never worry about your service department trying to sell her things that she doesn't need and/or want.
Example of what a GREAT team you have... We have had a tire issue and been going back and forth with Michelin and this past Friday, Michelin instructed her to go to a certain tire store and to make a LONG story short, she called me in a panic because the person at the tire store told her she would have to pay $2,000.00 for 4 tires (if this had been shoes or a purse, that price would have been ok.) I told her NOT to put the same tires on the Armada and to call your service department and see if you guys could take care of the tires for her... She called me back after talking to Dave in your service department and was much calmer. When we walked into service yesterday, Josh and Jessica greeted us promptly, took care of us quickly, and the vehicle was ready when promised.
All I can say is THANK YOU, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK and we look forward to doing business with Tri Cities Nissan in the future.
