"Corey, What a service department you have at your dealership! All I can say is WOW! Yesterday I experienced for myself what my wife has told me about her ongoing experience with your service department. Since I travel a lot with my job, my wife, Kristy usually has to take care of getting the vehicles serviced and I can honestly say I never worry about your service department trying to sell her things that she doesn't need and/or want. Example of what a GREAT team you have... We have had a tire issue and been going back and forth with Michelin and this past Friday, Michelin instructed her to go to a certain tire store and to make a LONG story short, she called me in a panic because the person at the tire store told her she would have to pay $2,000.00 for 4 tires (if this had been shoes or a purse, that price would have been ok.) I told her NOT to put the same tires on the Armada and to call your service department and see if you guys could take care of the tires for her... She called me back after talking to Dave in your service department and was much calmer. When we walked into service yesterday, Josh and Jessica greeted us promptly, took care of us quickly, and the vehicle was ready when promised. "I'm happy with the service I received and I appreciated the free loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. That helped out a lot. I was updated about my vehicle's status, and the service department was very nice about letting me pick up my car at a time that was convenient for me. I was also informed when the work on my vehicle was completed. The car looked great with the wash and vacuum and I know it'll be in great shape to take to Florida on my honeymoon next month. Unless something happens between now and June, this will probably be my last visit with TriCities Nissan. "I give the service I received today on my 2009 Altima as excellent and exceeding my expectations. It was easy to schedule the appointment I had this morning, was greeted by a lovely smiling and pleasant service coordinator when I arrived, was told exactly what to expect on this visit, got answers to all of my maintenance questions and was offered a fresh cup of coffee while I waited in a comfortable waiting area.
My waiting time was very short and I was made to feel that you did appreciate my business. As I drove away, I received the same smile as when I arrived. Nice start to my day today!

"I usually don't reply to these, but from my last experience I just wanted to express my gratitude for having the option to get a "Loaner" car while my car was being worked on. This is such a great thing for your dealership to offer, it is so nice not to have to worry about finding arrangements for someone to pick you up, drop you off etc. while you are without your car. I know personally because my truck was being worked on at a Ford dealership the same week, and without any option of a loaner car I was without any other means of transportation. It was such a pain and hassle to make arrangements with my wife and daughters daycare to make arrangements to pick up the Ford truck and drop it off, But your dealership made it easy for my wife's Nissan. Once again thank you for making that option available to your customers. "
