On July 2, one of my son's very close Sigma Chi brothers from the University of Tennessee drowned in Norris Lake. Needless to say, it was the weekend from hell with his friends. The funeral was July 7, and the next day we left for Washington DC to move my son back to Chattanooga.

On the way to DC, we were in your neck of the woods when my Nissan Altima began to act strangely. After limping into your store, I was met with a very nice and extremely competent individual named Frankie Morris. Needless to say, it was a stressful time and Frankie made it go smoothly. He said he would try to get the problem diagnosed quickly and if not, he would loan us a car to complete our trip, which he did.

As we continued to DC, I received a call from Frankie saying my transmission needed to be replaced or I could trade the car in. I opted for a new transmission since it only had 83,000 miles on it. Throughout the next few days, I would get periodic updates from Frankie. Finally, on July 15, I drove from Chattanooga to your store and exchanged cars.

As you can imagine, this was a very stressful time. Frankie made it as pleasant as possible. I just wanted y'all to know what an excellent employee you have in Frankie. He made a tough situation not so bad.

We had car problems in a snowstorm 300 miles from home and called them to see if they could look at our car to make sure there was no steering problem. They were kind, courteous, efficient and generous toward us. They fit us right into their schedule and checked the car and even sent a mechanic with me to repeat the problem which we did. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind also. They put the car up on the lift and inspected it carefully. There was no problem with the suspension or steering which gave me great comfort and his explanation of how the computer sends power to the wheels was very helpful. When we were leaving the dealership, they gave my wife a rose! Nice touch! Small things mean a lot in customer care. Definitely five stars for this service department!!!

We visited your dealership and were made welcome . Our salesman was then ready to ask what we were interested in. He followed our wishes in a pleasant,friendly way. We did not feel pressured but he delivered options that met our needs. We selected our preference,did a test drive, and had a pleasant discussion of all questions we had about a purchase. We were pleased with our selection and completely completed the purchase. We have discussed, several times,the pleasant ,low pressure experience.
